The word williwaw means "a sudden blast of wind descending from a mountainous coast to the sea." This word might not be well-known, but it's a common occurrence in Bath, Maine. The team at Bath wanted to create a simple mark that felt like a classic outdoor brand. We started with the icon and tried to capture the essence of the word williwaw in the mark. We then pulled together a beautiful color palette and supplementary marks that consider the various applications common in the brewery world.
